Kinesio Athletic tape:
It is one of the newest kinds of athletic tape in the market. Other name for this tape in the market is KT. It is the type of the tape that has cotton comforting properties. It can be there on the skin of the human for around three days. They are usually used when it comes to control the damage in the concentrated area.

Using the Athletic tape:

It is used for taping, wrapping and changing. These are briefly explained as follows:

Taping: Depending on the need, cut the tape in to two to three strips. Tape it on the area where there is intention to put it on. Make sure that it goes on the direction of the limb. It is to keep the injured muscles steady and immobile in every manner.

Wrapping: Start wrapping the tape around the area. Wrap tightly allowing the easy and normal blood flow.

Changing: Usually the tape can be there for two days and after that it needs to be changed. In case the user is active in day to day activities then he might have to change the tape frequently.
